Loading dock is around the back off the service lane. Walk-in customers use the glass door with the brass handle — the one that sticks in humid weather.

Which one to use

"Which size do I need?" — Phone. This takes two minutes live and twenty over email.
"Where is my order?" — Email with your order number. We'll send the tracking and, if it's late, chase the carrier ourselves.
"This arrived damaged." — Email a photo of the tool and the box. Replacement ships before the return does. No forms.
"Do you do trade pricing?" — Phone, ask for Dana. Cabinet shops, schools, and production turners get net-30 terms after two orders.

Trade & institutional accounts

We supply about thirty cabinet shops and four community college woodshops in Ohio and Kentucky. Purchase orders accepted, net 30 on approved credit, and we'll hold consumables at a set price for a semester if you tell us the volume up front.
