Grainforge Toolworks LLC, an South Carolina limited liability company at 102 Roundtree Rd, Bay 4, Blythewood, SC 29016. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
All prices are US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping. We charge Ohio sales tax on Ohio shipments and in states where we have economic nexus, calculated at checkout. Prices change when our cost changes; the price shown when you submit your order is the price you pay, even if ours went up the next morning.
If a price is obviously wrong — a $340 lathe chuck listed at $34 — we'll contact you, offer the correct price or a cancellation, and not simply charge your card the difference. We won't pretend an error is a promotion, and we won't honour a decimal slip that costs us more than the order is worth.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Cards are authorised at order time and captured when the order ships. Approved trade accounts may use net-30 purchase orders; invoices past 30 days accrue 1.5% monthly.
Stock counts are live from our warehouse system but two people can reach the last one at once. If that happens we'll email within one business day with a backorder date or a refund, your choice.
Risk of loss passes on delivery to you, not on handoff to the carrier — meaning if it's lost or smashed in transit, that's our problem to solve, not yours. Delivery estimates are estimates; carriers have weather.
Thirty days, unused, resellable condition, RMA number on the outside of the box. See Shipping & Returns for the detail, including the short list of non-returnable categories.
Manufacturer warranties apply as published; see Warranty. We do not offer additional express warranties beyond those. To the extent Ohio law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Everything we sell can injure you. You are responsible for guards, eye and hearing protection, dust control, and for reading the manufacturer's instructions. Advice given by our staff over the phone or in guides on this site is offered in good faith from shop experience and is not a substitute for the manufacturer's manual.
You must be 18 or older to order. Institutional orders for school woodshops are placed by the institution, not by students.
Ohio law governs. Venue is Franklin County, Ohio. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest survives.
