Most "defective chisel" calls turn out to be a factory grind that was never honed, or a bevel angle wrong for the wood. We will happily talk you through it on the phone first, for free, and nobody here is annoyed by that call. If it really is the steel, we replace the tool — we don't argue with a customer over $22.
Email info@grainforgetoolworks.click with your order number, a photo of the problem area, and a sentence about what the tool was doing when it failed. Most claims are resolved within one business day. For lifetime-warranty items purchased from us at any point in the past, we can look up the order — you don't need the receipt.
